Notes:
The kitchen is equipped with filter coffee machine, electric toaster, four ring electric hob and combination oven/microwave/grill. There is a washing machine and large fridge-freezer. Smoking is possible only on the balcony. The balcony has a small bistro style table and 2 chairs.

High Season Price : £795 per Week

These rates apply except during congress/convention periods. Please contact us for those prices. To secure bookings a 25% deposit is required; the outstanding balance is required 2 months prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of €450 or £400 payable two weeks prior to arrival. This is fully refundable after departure if nothing is broken or damaged and the apartment is returned in a clean and tidy condition. Payment can be made by either bank transfer or cheque and can be in Pounds Sterling or Euros. We also accept Visa and Master card (2% charge).
PAYMENT POSSIBLE IN POUNDS STERLING OR EUROS. The above rates include provision of linen and towels for up to 4 people and final cleaning on departure. For larger groups of 5 or 6 people, an additional charge of £35 per person per week applies.
Extra mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a supplement.
