Ski & Sun:

- In order to secure your booking, we require that you pay 30% of the total invoice value when you sign the rental contract.
- The outstanding balance of 70% should be paid no later than 45 days before the start of the rental period.

A security deposit of Euros 500, is also required 20 days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned after departure, and provided that the apartment is returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental term.

Cancellation Charges:
- More than 45 days before arrival 30% of rental price
- From 45 days before arrival onwards 100% of rental price
