The apartment is approximately 950ft2 (88m2), accommodates a maximum of six guests, and is located on the third floor, readily accessible by elevator. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom. An open-plan living room leads directly to the contemporary-styled kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full range/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and clothes washer. Dinner/tableware and linens are also provided.  
 
The apartment has two balconies with scenic views, the first is a spacious 300ft2 (28m2) off the living room, kitchen and master bedroom with a south exposure, perfect for outdoor dining. A second smaller, west facing balcony, approximately 60ft2 (5m2) is located directly off of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
