Centrally located in Cannes on the famous Rue d'Antibes,with fantastic views over the street, this high quality apartment has been luxuriously and sympathetically fitted out. It is situated on the 3rd floor of the building and benefits from a triple aspect window in the sitting room, which contributes to the light and airy feel. There are marble floors througout and the bathroom is entirely marble, apart from the white sanitary ware. The kitchen is well equipped with all the items one would expect. There are two single beds in the bedroom which can be used singly or together and a double, mirrored wardrobe. The access to the apartment is through an inviting and well maintained hallway and lift or stairs. The attractions of Cannes are within easy walking distance and the rest of the Cote d'Azur and Provence is easily accessible either by car or public transport.
Residence 99 is situated only a couple of minutes walk from the Croisette, with its sandy beaches, palm trees and colourful beach side restaurants and cafes. It is in the heart of Cannes with a birds eye view over the chic shopping street of the Rue d'Antibes. Its proximity to the perennial Cannes attractions such as, restaurants, bars, clubs, cinemas, the Marche de Forville, the port and the old town of Le Suquet make it a perfect location for a holiday with or without a car. The water taxis to St Tropez and the Isles de Lerins can be reached by foot in a few minutes and provide a delightful day out. The whole of the French Riviera and Provence is within easy travelling distance and Nice airport can be reached in approximately 30 minutes. (The airport bus stop is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment). A direct train line ensures easy access to the town of Grasse and another line crosses the boarder into Italy, passing through Antibes & Nice.

The apartment is cleaned before and after each stay. Guests can arrange for further cleaning during their stay directly with the cleaner. There is a clothes airer in the apartment and lauderettes with drying facilities close by.

The apartment was beautifully presented with great facilities just exactly as described in the advert. In a great central location for shops, restaurants and minutes from the beach. Having been to Cannes only on day visits previously, the family enjoyed a wonderful two week stay with glorious weather. I would recommend the flat to anyone and I think you will find it difficult to find a better apartment with this value for money.
