Beautifully appointed air-conditioned studio apartment in residential zone behind the sseafront – 4 minutes walk from the beaches. This accommodation in a quality residence comprises 1 room sleeping 2 in a large comfortable double bed. Separated kitchen and shower-room/WC. Folding table and chairs in hall. Rue d’Antibes (main shopping zone) 7 minutes walk. Smaller shops close. The train station is 1.2 Km and the Palais des Festivals congress center is a 1.6 Km walk along the famous Cannes "Croisette". Wall HDR TV, DVD, WIFI free, heating and air-conditioning, towels and linen included in price. Street parking free or residence underground parking often possible at keen rates (by prior arrangement only). 
Notes.  
Due to size is NOT suitable for children. It is on ground floor separated from street level by a small planted garden - no external balcony. During off-peak season we welcome short stays from 4 to 5 nights. Please enquire. 
Total area of accomodation is 15m2 (161sq.ft).
