Stunning modern south facing apartment in a magnificent setting on a beautiful, private hillside with 24 hour security entrance. This superb apart has 2 bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and access to a second terrace, a separate shower room and separate WC. The spacious main living area is open-plan with a new well-equipped kitchen and access to two terraces. There is an easterly view of trees and a fantastic view of mountains to the south, not overlooked it provides a quiet, restful atmosphere. There is free access to a swimming pool. In addition, for a small daily fee (5.50/3.50 euros Oct-May or 8/5.50 euros June-Sept) membership to the exclusive residents' club is available. The club is a 2 minute walk away and provides 2 pools (1 for children), tennis courts, large sunbathing terrace, gymnasium, pool table and table tennis. There is secure underground parking with lift to the apartment. Nice airport is 30 mins drive. Our local agent will greet you at the property. Sky free view.

If 2 weeks booked a mid-stay clean and change of bed-linen and towels is included in the rental. Deposit: A 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the apartment. The balance of the rental and a security deposit of £250 is required 8 weeks before the rental date to secure the rental. CHECK-OUT IS 8-10AM IF EARLIER THAN THIS THERE IS A 20 EURO SURCHARGE PAID LOCALLY. CHECK-IN AFTER 10PM ALSO INCURS A 20 EURO SURCHARGE.
Cancellation charges: Unfortunately no refunds are available if booking is cancelled less than 8 weeks before start date of rental. The security deposit will of course be refunded. You are therefore strongly advised to take out a travel insurance policy that provides protection against cancellation charges.
Rates include all utilities, linen, towels, end of stay cleaning and the services of a local agent to meet and greet at apartment. Guests can check-in from 3.00pm onwards. Check-out is by 10.00am.
