Private swimming pool with an additional small pool for children. The pool is in the middle of palm trees and mimosas, the sundeck is ready to welcome your sunbathing urge in a very relaxing background.

The apartment has a large balcony/terrace with roof and two sides and glass balcony at front always shaded, ideal for eating, sitting and drinking.

Kitchen area has the essentials including microwave, dishwasher, plenty of cooking / eating equipment, table and 4 chairs, bed / settee and colour TV/DV.

The apartment is ideally situated near many interesting places, art museums, delightful walks, historical sites, and restaurants/bars for all tastes and prices. 
We overlook the famous Cannes Golf course and there are discounts for playing. 
30 minutes from Nice Airport served by various flight operators 
Car hire available through Eurocar, Alamo and Hertz from £15 per day. 
Trains and buses also go to the apartment but you need to change on route

The apartment block has a swimming pool and a small babies pool, tennis courts and large garden to relax in or play ball games etc. The appartment has ironing board plus iron and a hairdryer. It has the new digital french tv channels This appartment is on the 2nd floor. There is a large enclosed balcony which does not recieve the sun therefore is cool in summer and sheltered in winter, it has an outside light and seats 4 comfortably and has had 9! The inside has a seperate wc, the bathroom which has a bath, washbasin and shower. The beds are two single but these can be pushed together to make a kingsize. In the Kitchen area there is table and 3 chairs this area also has the bed settee. It is near to La Napoule walking distance and its various beaches and fabopulous walks along the coast line and into the hills Lifts can be provided to/from airport
