Directly opposite the sea and beaches of Plage Midi Cannes - beaches both private and public. Beautiful and unique Arc Deco building, with magnificent sea views. Large terrace with dining furniture and loungers. 3 large bedrooms (6 singles or 3 kingsized) 2 full bathrooms and extra WC. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Huge living room with dining area for 6/8 and seating for same. TV with local cable and Satellite channels, DVD. Airconditioning in the living room. Lobby area for 'quiet time' - cool area with sofa (folds out as single bed). Tiled and real wood floors, fully double glazed with remote outside shutters. 
 
The apartment has secure parking to the rear of the block and concierge. 
 
Next to the block is a beautifully kept park - pond with koi carp, boules and children's playground under leafy and cooling trees, also sitting areas. 
 
Restaurants are not in short supply! Opposite are the beach bars (close during summer at 7/8pm) and within a minutes walk a whole parade of various cuisins. 
 
Walk to the Palais Festival in 10 minutes, Croisette and Rue Antibe equally easy reach.  
 
Food and antique markets in Fourvil and in the square. 
 
Visit the old town with it's unique winding streets to the clock tower for a magnificent view of the bay of Cannes. Have a trip in the little train and see old and new Cannes with commentary. 
 
Trips from the old port to the Iles de Lerin (home of the man in the iron mask and an ancient monastery), also trips to St Tropez. 
 
The apartment is very suitable for all the Cannes Festivals.
