Vacation Rental Description
This exceptionally spacious apartment combines all the modern comforts you could require with refined furnishing throughout in traditional Provençal style by a professional interior designer. The 36m² open-plan living room comprises a comfortable lounge seating 6 persons and a dining area, seating 4 persons. There is a flat screen television and DVD/CD player for your entertainment and Wi-Fi broadband Internet access free of charge. 
 
The apartment has two terraces: that overlooking the square is equipped with an al fresco dining table comfortably seating 6 persons. The second terrace faces the garden and is equipped with a sofa, coffee table and 3 sun loungers. 
 
The kitchen is very well-appointed, meeting your every requirement, and there is a separate utility room fully equipped for your laundry needs. 
There are 2 bedrooms: a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both have ample wardrobes. Additionally, there is a double sofabed in the lounge. All bed linen is provided (at no extra charge). 
 
There are 2 bathrooms, both with ceramic tiling: one with shower over the bath, w.c., bidet and wash basin. Two further rooms provide a shower room with wash basin and a separate w.c. Towels are provided (at no extra charge). 
 
The apartment has air conditioning for cooling and heating (at no extra charge). 
 
The convenient location of the apartment close to shops, cafés and all the attractions of Cannes means that a car is not necessary. However, the apartment has a secure underground garage within the apartment building (which keeps your car cool in the heat of the Mediterranean summer), so the apartment is ideal for those who wish to explore the wider area of the French Riviera.

  • Cannes hosts the International Film Festival every May, when the stars come to be seen on the red carpet. 
     
    You can take a boat trip to the Iles de Lérins, once the prison home of the man in the iron mask, now home to a maritime museum. The beautiful boulevard de la Croisette stretches along the coast, with the beach on one side and hotels, casinos and designer boutiques on the other. At the end of the Croisette is the fabulous Palm Beach area, with two fine sandy beaches, the yacht marina and the Casino. 
     
    Windsurfing, snorkelling, jet skiing, waterskiing, parascending, boat trips, SCUBA diving, sailing, boat hire and whale watching are all available nearby. 
     
    Petanques (boules), tennis and cycling are well-catered-for. 
     
    The mountains provide skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and nature watching in the summer. 
     
    The region is a golfer’s paradise, with many courses.

    Please note that a compulsory additional charge of £105 per week or part-week applies for laundry of linen and towels and cleaning. Minimum booking is 3 days. A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 (more for conferences, festivals and long stays) is required to secure a booking. This deposit is deducted from the final bill, which is payable no later than 70 days before the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 70 days before the date of arrival, the full balance is due on booking. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for each booking.     "We had a wonderful and very peaceful time in the apartment which we found to be spacious, light, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed using both balconies for different reasons...the front one sunny and entertaining (watching the boule players) and the back one peaceful and quiet. We have stayed in Cannes many times, but this was the first in Palm Beach area and we really enjoyed it there. Both Becky and Sandrine were very friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with, as well as of course yourself Philip! Thank you for an enjoyable stay, we will be back!"

    "We found the apartment very beautiful, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and airy it was. It was clean and comfortable. The terraces provided both entertainment and peace and privacy. It was tempting to purchase a petanque set.

    The building gave a well maintained and nice impression. Even the garage looked clean and tidy. Very nice!

    "Back home to a comparatively chilly Sussex - especially after Cannes where we enjoyed 6 days of wonderful blue skies, in March!

    We all loved the apartment, it's spaciousness for four people and the location which could not be bettered in Cannes. We went every day to the boucherie up the road and to the too tempting boulangerie.

    A visit to the Lerins Islands was a highlight as well as a day spent in Biot.
