Spacious and bright 68m2 (732 sqft) apartment with large and south exposed terrace.

Beautiful view of the sea to the south, Esterel mountains to the west, the Suquet (old town of Cannes) and a lovely park to the east. Situated on the 5th and last floor of a recent building with caretaker. Bedroom with 2 single beds, blinds, TV 55 cm (23'') and DVD player. Large living room with convertible sofa for 2 persons, TV 67 cm (27''), DVD, hi-fi stereo and DSL Internet access (you just need to bring your own computer and plug). Closed veranda with single bed (only usable from May to October as not heated). Fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, laundry machine and dishwasher. Bathroom with large tub and shower, bidet. Separate toilet. Large terrace with garden furniture with magnificent view.

Sandy beach at less than 100 m with a choice bars and restaurants, public transportation (very frequent) to the city centre at only 50 m, supermarket at 200 m, Marché Forville (colourful and typical provençal market), Old City and shopping area at less than 10 mn walking, Palais des Festivals and railway station at less than 15 mn walking.

Golf Old Course of Cannes Mandelieu at 5 km (3 miles), Golf Club Cannes Mougins at 8 km (5 miles) and many other in the area.

Many casinos in Cannes and surroundings.
