Cannes Grand Parc is a gated complex of apartments and houses in landscaped gardens lining the protected park land of the Croix des Gardes which sits above Cannes. The complex itself is within 5-10 minutes of Cannes centre and the beaches and has two swimming pools open from May to October.

The building sits on the edge of the complex next to the parkland and close to one of the swimming pools. The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the edge of the Croix des Gardes.

The apartment is fully heated and has climate control including air conditioning with a large balcony which faces west capturing the afternoon and evening sun. It is ideal accommodation for a couple with children or 2 couples (1 using the sofabed). A travel cot, a baby's steriliser and small chair are available. We can arrange for other items on request. The apartment is on the first floor and has lift access as well as stairs.

Bedrooms: Bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and patio doors to the large balcony.
Bathrooms: The bathroom contains a shower, vanity unit, bidet, wc & hairdryer.
Kitchen: The kitchen contains cooker, fridge, microwave, breakfast bar and stools.
Living Rooms: Large sofabed, CD/radio and large French windows onto the balcony.
Other: The balcony contains a patio table and 4 chairs plus a steamer chair.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included in the price. The property is cleaned before and after the rental. Pool and beach towels not provided.

We recommend the use of a car for convenience and to fully appreciate the area. Cannes Grand Parc is accessable by bus from the centre of Cannes and it is possible to walk down to the beaches using a path through the Croix des Gardes. This takes approximately 35 minutes as it winds it's way down through the parkland offering spectacular views of the coastline.

Outside
The apartment is set within fully landscaped gardens on the edge of the complex next to the Croix des Gardes which offers walks, fitness trails, picnic spots and fantastic views of Cannes and the coastline from its peak. There are 2 large pools on the complex and a reserved parking space directly outside the block. The whole complex is fully secure with electronic gates and 24 hour security.

Coast/Beach
Cannes has all the facilities of a city with casinos, shops, restaurants and numerous sports including sailing and golf. It has beautiful beaches both along the Croisette and a long quiet beach at the Plage du Midi. Cannes Grand Parc is 40 minutes drive from Nice Cote d’Azur airport and 50 minutes by bus direct from the airport to Cannes centre. Cannes is within easy visiting distance of Grasse, Antibes, Nice, Monte Carlo, St. Tropez, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Biot, Menton, Italy etc.

Golf
There are a large number of golf courses close to Cannes. Mandelieu golf course is 3km away facing the beach and there are over 20 courses along the Riviera, some championship, they have access to all. There are some loan clubs need to book.

Skiing
There are ski resorts within 90/120 minutes of Cannes. Isola 2000 is a modern complex nearer Nice and there are some smaller areas nearer; Andon, Auron and Greoliere.

Travel
Nice airport is within 30 - 40 minutes. Cannes airport which serves light aircraft is 10 minutes away. We recommend a car for seeing all the places so near, Monte Carlo, St Tropez, hilltop villages - Eze, Grasse - perfume etc. There is a fast TGV train from Cannes centre. Italy is 60 mins, away and boats in Cannes harbour serve San Remo, St Tropez, Monaco and the Golden Islands.
