A spacious and light 60m2 apartment comprising 2 studio rooms 2 bathrooms and a south facing terrace in the exclusive Carré d`Or area of Cannes between the Palais Stephanie (former Hilton) and Carlton Hotels.

The apartment benefits from 2 separate entrances, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens which can provide two independent self-contained units. This can be the perfect solution for business colleagues, couples, and families who want to be together but to enjoy privacy and independence too.

Excellent location, 50 metres from the beaches and glamour of La Croisette and a 2 minute stroll to the chic shops on the rue d`Antibes. Numerous cafés, bars and restaurants are very close, but the immediate area is safe, quiet and residential.
The Palais des Festivals convention centre is a 6 minute stroll along the seafront.

The north/south traversant apartment is comfortable and well furnished and fully air-conditioned.
It is situated on the first floor of a nice modern building which has a lift, secure entry phone system and a caretaker.

Apartment details:

Two main rooms with marble floors and hallways with storage cupboards. An interconnecting door links the two hallways.

The 30m2 south facing room has sliding doors opening onto a 7m2 terrace with garden views.
The 30m2 north facing room has sliding doors and city views.

Otherwise layout and furnishings are similar and each room has either cosy armchairs or a settee.

Beds:
Bedding arrangements are flexible. Each room has two comfortable 3 feet (90 cm) beds which can be combined to give a king-size. Beds can also slide under each other to provide extra seating and space if required.

Bathrooms:
Both rooms have a full bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Kitchens:
In both rooms there is a small, but well equipped open kitchen with a dining table and chairs.

Outside space:
The sunny, south facing terrace is furnished with a table and dining chairs and has an electric sun canopy. It is a lovely spot for alfresco dining, or just a glass of wine.

Nearby amenities:
Supermarkets and bakeries are less than a 5 minute walk away.
The rail station and airport bus stop (Gray d`Albion) are within 500 metres. Everything that Cannes has to offer is within easy walking distance of the apartment.

The accommodation is ideal for both tourist and business travellers who want 2 studio rooms each sleeping 2 people which can interconnect or be totally separate.

The rooms can be rented individually if preferred.

The apartment has a great location right in the centre of Cannes in an exclusive, quiet and safe area, but still at the heart of the action.
Promenades,harbours,sandy beaches, swimming, sunbathing, water-skiing, jetskiing, windsurfing, sailing, designer shopping, local markets, restaurants and cafes, bars, clubs, casinos, boules, museums, even a castle.
All the fantastic attractions that Cannes has to offer are within easy walking distance.

Two children's playgrounds are within a 10 minute walk.
Skiing and snowboarding are within a 1.5 hour drive of Cannes
Several golf courses are a short drive away at Mandelieu and Mougins.

Public transport is cheap and efficient. Day trips along the coast to Antibes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse, Mougins, Valbonne, St. Tropez, etc. are easily arranged using local buses and trains or by boat from Cannes' old port.
The 15 minute ferry ride to the Isles de Lérins should not be missed.

The south facing room kitchen also features a conventional fan oven.

The south room has 2 cosy armchairs and the north room a settee. Beds in both rooms can slide under each other to provide extra seating if required.

Entertainment:
Wifi,TV,CD player,radio in both rooms. DVD player,satellite TV in south facing room.

Parking:
Cars are not necessary in the centre of Cannes, but there is parking available at street level or in nearby underground garages (payable locally)

Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

A travel cot is available.

Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €1150 per Week

Balance payable 8 weeks before arrival together with refundable security deposit of 300 euros per room.

Payment accepted by bank transfer.

Rates quoted apply to rental of the whole 2 room 2 bathroom apartment.
