This fully air-conditioned, one bedroom apartment is located 15 minutes walk from La Croisette and the conference centre (Palais des Congres), it is on the 2nd floor and has a lift/elevator.
The apartment is composed of a large living room, opening on to a huge terrace, with views on to the private gardens and the large swimming pool, and distant sea views, one bedroom, one modern bathroom, independent toilet, telephone, WiFi ADSL Internet access is available for the use of guests at a nominal weekly charge, fax and cable TV and DVD player.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bedroom, the sitting room and the kitchen all have opening doors onto the extra large terrace, overlooking the swimming pool and the communal gardens.

The 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with terrace is on the 2nd floor, in a residence called Le Graziella, situated on Ave Lattre de Tassignay in Cannes.
The apartment is approximately 55 sq m (+20 sq m of terrace) and has south-west exposure. It is fully air-conditioned. There is an intercom system, and an elevator. A parking space is also available in the private car park.
This accommodation is available for weekly rentals throughout the year.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa bed, two armchairs, a dresser and a round dining table seating 4. For your entertainment there is a cabled TV (Noos), ADSL fast internet connection, a VCR, a DVD, and a stereo with CD player. A French window opens onto the terrace.
Outside is a table seating 4, if you wish to have lunch / dinner outside. The terrace overlooks the beatuful landscaped garden.
The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator / freezer, an oven, electric induction hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The master bedroom has two single beds which can be joined together to make a double bed, nighstands with table lamps and a large built-in closets.
A telephone line, restricted to incoming calls, can be used with a prepaid card: there is a phone line in the living room and one in each bedroom.
Bed & bath linens can be provided as an optional extra.

The fourth casino, the Palm Beach Casino, is located at the other end of Cannes in the Palm Beach area. Our apartment is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood literally just a few steps from the center of activity (one-and-four-tenths kilometers from the Palais des Festivals).
