The villa benefits from its own shared private pool with large terrasse. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms,large living with fire place,dining,open kitchen leading to poolhouse with BBQ. First floor: 3 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with mezzanine 4 persons,fitness room,sauna and big terrasse with country view. One independant flat ground floor with one bedroom,living room and open kitchen. Big garden with palm trees and olive trees and flowers. 
Garage for 5 cars and parking in the property for 4/5 cars. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

It takes less than 15 minutes by Nice International airport.  
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.

    • Biot warm weather (25 to 28c degree sea temperature) and (30 to 35c air ) through out all the summer (July and August). great places to visit i.e., Nice, Cannes, and Antibes etc which are all within 10 to 25 minutes of driving distance. Monaco which is only 30 minutes by car.  
     
    Nice beaches (warm Mediterranean sea temperature), mountains, forest, rivers, great Jazz music. Shows, exhibition, theaters in Nice, Antibes and Cannes which is only 15 min. Places to visit i.e Provence villages such as St. Paul de Vence, Vence.  
     
    Middle age villages eg.Biot, Cagnes sur mer, Nice. On the French Riviera, there are olads of things for families to do. When you stay in Villeneuve Loubet you make the most of its giographical situation in the heart of the Riviera.
