The well-equipped villa for 8 - 10 persons is decorated sympathetically in a modern french style. It is located in quiet wooded area, close to the picturesque village of Biot and 7 kms from Valbonne, another typical village of the South of France.  
 
The garden is very suitable for children, including toddlers. A terrace with removable barriers to prevent the children from reaching the swimming pool is alarmed.  
 
Marineland, a marine zoo, with orcas, dolphins, otaries, penguins appeals to youngsters and also to those who are older. Tennis and golf can be played in Biot. The villa is within a few steps of the departmental natural reserve of Brague which can be explored by foot or bicycle and is close to a bus stop with direct service to Biot, Valbonne, Cannes, and Antibes.  
 
Stylish Cannes is 15 minutes by car, the nearest beach 7 kms and Nice 15 kms. We suggest don't miss visiting the nearby islands (not included in the rent!).

The times of departure are normally envisaged Saturdays morning to 10am. It is agreed that in the event of desistance: - of the tenant: - in more than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant loses the paid instalment, - in less than one month before the effective date of the lease, the tenant will pour moreover the difference between the instalment and the equivalent of the total rent, as penalty clause. - of the financial backer: - in the seven days following desistance, it is held to pour the double of the instalment to the tenant. If a delay of more than four days compared to the date of arrival envisaged were not announced speaks taking, the financial backer will be able of right good, to try to relet housing while preserving faculty to be turned over against the preneur.
