Villa BellaVista is a superbly appointed, elegant, Provencal style holiday home with sweeping views from the Maritime Alps to Antibes. The beautiful, illuminated swimming pool and the lovely garden with its covered terrace provide a tranquil base for enjoying a true Cote d'Azur experience. It is ideal for children and adults alike. The villa is located within the quiet, gated and secure estate of Les Restanques de Vaugrenier, just 15 minutes from Nice Airport and between Nice and Antibes. Both the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monte Carlo and the medieval Provencal villages such as Biot, St Paul de Vence and Eze sur Mer are within easy reach by car. There are many activities available in the Cote d'Azur. It has many excellent golf courses like the Royal Mougins, Opio Valbonne and Biot,water sports, skiing at Isola 2000, shopping of all type from village markets to malls, giant supermarkets and the sophistication of the Rue d'Antibes in Cannes, entertainment, sightseeing and nightlife.
Villa BellaVista is new, bright and spacious. The walls are cream and the floors are of cream colour tiles. It is decorated throughout with bright lively pictures. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a large double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, a shower room and separate wc. A cot is also available. All bedrooms have quiet efficient ceiling fans for the comfort of guests. A cot and child stair safety gate are provided.
Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with twin beds, an en suite shower room and separate wc. The sitting room is equipped with two superbly comfortable sofas and two armchairs, plus a TV with full Sky package, access to hundreds of international channels, and a DVD player. It exits to the terrace through two sets of French doors. They both make the sitting room light and airy and enable the garden to be seen clearly.
The dining room is very elegantly furnished for eight people to dine in comfort. A high chair is provided.
The delightful and practical kitchen is fully equipped with a large American refrigerator dispensing ice and cooled water, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, spin dryer and plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Outside the terrace has a table and eight chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of Antibes. There is a large Webster kettle barbeque to complement the outdoor living mode.
The pool, which can be illuminated at night, provides plenty of surrounding space for sun lounging. It is surround by a security fence for safety. This is removable under our guests responsibility. The spacious garden is planted with many species of Provencal flora and is amply equipped with furniture for relaxation.
There is free parking for two cars in the estate road. The villa has plenty of cupboard space and ADSL Broadband is available for internet access. For the winter, the villa has central heating.
Guests also have access to the 25m estate swimming pool, sun terraces, and boules court.
Because of its long tradition as a holiday region, the Cote d'Azur provides everything necessary for the perfect vacation. Sun, sea, and sand, wonderful food and drink, nightlife, sport and culture, history and a special ambience combine to give an unrivalled destination to cater for all tastes.
Whether it is the Nice Opera or the ski resorts of Isola 2000 and Auron, or the perfume shops/factories of Grasse, or the golf of the Royal Mougins Golf Club, the fun of Marineland or the fascinating market in Biot, there is something for everyone.
The atmosphere is magical. Villa BellaVista is located in the heart of this wonderful region.

Facilities
Internet access is via broadband and WiFi.Parking is in the estate road outside the villa garden.The pool is 7m by 4.5m and is 2.5m deep at the deep end and 1m deep at the shallow end, accessed by steps at the shallow end. There are five sun loungers with three small tables and a parasol beside the pool. In the back garden there is a swing chair for two, two directors chairs and a small table. In the front garden there is a garden bench for three. The estate pool 25m long is available to our guests as are the boules court and sun terraces. Cleaning and linen changing are once a week but additional services can be provided on request at a further charge.A car is recommended. There are,however, plenty of taxi companies serving the area. English speaking assistance is readily available to help with problems. Details are supplied in the Guest Information Guide provided at the villa.The Vaugrenier National Park is recommended for picnics.
Activities
At Cagnes-sur-Mer five minutes from the villa is the Hippodrome for horse racing. In front of it is the promenade with a track for cycling and roller skating. Towards Nice on the sea front are lively restaurants and bars. Continuing to St Laurent du Var is Porte des Pecheurs with many restaurants serving the local speciality bouillabaisse.The nearest banks, shops and restaurants are in Biot. There are cashmachines for example at Credit Agricole. The shops are small supplying essential items and local crafts, especially the famous glassware. Amongst the restaurants are Les Arcades and the Michelin starred Les Terrailliers. There is a weekly market on Tuesdays as there are in Antibes on Thursdays and Saturdays, Villeneuve-Loubet on Wednesdays and Ventimiglia over the border in Italy on Fridays.The main shopping mall is Cap 3000 near Nice airport. The nearest supermarket is Geant in Villeneuve-Loubet and hypermarket Carrefour in Antibes.

The property is let on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. Arrivals and departures on other days can be arranged. Please email or telephone for more details. The rental price is per week and includes: - Bed linen and towels (weekly change) - Cleaning (once a week) - Baby cot and high chair if required. Linen is not supplied for cots. - Garden and swimming pool maintenance Extra cleaning is available on request. Electricity is charged by meter, read upon arrival and departure. To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. The balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before the rental commences, together with a refundable security deposit. Bookings made within eight weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable unless the villa can be re-let. Payment is required in Euros at the exchange rate of the day. All bank charges are for the account of our guests.
