With one queen size bed, double and one single bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. In the domain, there is a small convenient store 50 meters from the villa where you can buy fresh baguettes everyday.

Villeneuve Loubet is a small, nice, quiet, and peaceful village yet there are many activities to do for family with kids. Ideal for families, next to Villeneuve Loubet village there is canyon river where kids all ages can do many sport activities, and great places to go for a walk or stroll. If you like to play golf, many golf areas are within 5 kilometers. Beaches are only 2 kilometers.
