Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful apartment combines all the modern comforts you could require with exquisite furnishing throughout in traditional Provençal style by a professional interior designer. The 29m² open-plan living room comprises a comfortable lounge seating 4 persons, a well-appointed kitchen of great charm with a breakfast bar seating 3 persons and a dining area seating 4 persons. There is a flat screen television and DVD/CD player for your entertainment. 
 
The apartment has two terraces: the larger one has a restricted sea view and is equipped with an al fresco dining table comfortably seating 6 persons. The second terrace has stunning views over the beautiful Jardin Pauline gardens and, being equipped with 2 chairs and a coffee table, is an ideal spot for an al fresco continental breakfast. 
 
There are 2 bedrooms: a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both have ample wardrobes. Additionally, there is a double sofabed in the lounge. All bed linen is provided (at no extra charge). 
 
There are 2 bathrooms, both with ceramic tiling: one with shower over the bath and a wash basin. The second is a shower room with wash basin and w.c. Towels are provided (at no extra charge). 
 
The apartment has air conditioning for cooling and heating (at no extra charge). 
 
The convenient location of the apartment close to shops, cafés and all the attractions of Juan-les-Pins means that a car is not necessary. However, the apartment has secure underground parking within the apartment building (which keeps your car cool in the heat of the Mediterranean summer), so the apartment is ideal for those who wish to explore the wider area of the French Riviera.

  • Juan-les-Pins has sandy beaches and a vibrant nightlife. It is the home of many festivals, including the jazz festival in July and the August season of music with fireworks displays.  
     
    Juan-les-Pins merges into Antibes, home of the largest private yacht marina in Europe, next to the walled old town, with many pavement cafés, churches, art galleries and shops to explore. Here you will also find Renoir’s home and, situated in the Château Grimaldi, the Picasso museum. The archaeological sites and Fort Carre will appeal to all with an interest in history. 
     
    Windsurfing, snorkelling, jet skiing, waterskiing, parascending, boat trips, SCUBA diving, sailing, boat hire and whale watching are all available nearby. 
     
    The region is a golfer’s paradise, with many courses. 
     
    The nearby mountains provide excellent skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and climbing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and nature watching in the summer.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £100 (more for long stays) is required to secure a booking. This deposit is deducted from the final bill, which is payable no later than 70 days before the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 70 days before the date of arrival, the full balance is due on booking. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required for each booking.     "Just want to say a great big thank you for all your kindness and exceptional service and for a fantastic two months this winter in the Juan-les-Pins apartment.

    It was a wonderful surprise to arrive and find the apartment to be even better than imagined. We normally don't like to pay in full for a two month booking before arrival but your willingness to answer all our questions honestly and the promptness in all our communications both before and after payment allayed our fears about the integrity of your company.

    Your team in France, the lovely Becky and Sandrine, could not have been more courteous, professional and helpful whenever called upon. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

    The apartment was perfect for us. After exploring the Riviera for 2 months during our stay we couldn't think of a better location. The layout of the suite was excellent. We especially appreciated how the bedrooms and bathrooms were at one end and the living/kitchen/dining at the other with a door separating the two. This is a great bonus for those with children I'm sure.
    The fact the suite ran the width of the building with balconies and full length windows and glass doors on each end made the apartment beautifully light and airy. The views over the palm gardens, hills and snow covered alps out one side and being able to see the glittering Mediterranean out the other side was a joy during the winter months. The sunny balcony overlooking the water got good use for morning coffee.

    Another thing we really appreciated was the quality of the heavy wood furnishings indoor and out, the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtfully put together decor right down to the artwork and unique light fixtures. The appliances were of a very high standard as were the linens. Quite often in our experience, these details are where a lot of apartments fail. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the Cherry and Vanilla color scheme.

    And lastly the location was a dream. We love walking and didn't want a car and it couldn't have been more convenient to everything. The beaches and seaside promenades just around the corner, great supermarkets a couple of blocks away, plus bakeries, restaurants, cafes, boutiques all in the neighbourhood. The bus stops to Cannes or Nice or anywhere on the Riviera just out the front door and sooo inexpensive. The little train station a short walk away. We walked the 20 minutes over to Antibes almost daily to enjoy the lively atmosphere and explore the Old Town. My favourite walk was around beautiful Cap D'Antibes with its fantastic views: one side towards Juan, Cannes and the islands, the other side overlooking the Old Town and ramparts of Antibes right along the coast to Nice backed by the majestic snow covered Alps. It was stupendous.
    We had many clear sunny days so it was a great choice for the European winter. We even picnicked in the sun up at the Castle at Cagnes-sur-Mer overlooking the spectacular hinterland and alps. Magic! Of course Nice had the Carnavale and great museums and shopping so it didn't matter what the weather was.

    We certainly hope we will be able to return in the not too distant future.

    "We had a wonderful time in the apartment, so very glad we booked with you as the weather was not at its best - thunder, lightening, throughout one night, and had we been in an hotel room I think we would have been pretty miserable. As it was that night we felt very cosy watching dvds and looking out over the balcony to the sea beyond to view the spectacular weather display. I noted in the apartment description 'a restricted sea view' and thought that would mean standing on shoulders to see the sea! How wrong I was, it was a lovely view of the sea and the wonderful yachts. So that was a very pleasant surprise. We were met by Sandrine who was a particularly nice lady and very helpful. The apartment itself was just as described. Spacious, private, very clean and well equipped. So often you stay somewhere and there is always something that isn't quite right - I'm certainly not a complainer - but am sure readers know what I mean, but this really was a lovely apartment. We used the public transport which was excellent. A 2 minute walk up the road from the apartment and we could catch the buses to Nice or Cannes No. 200 - at the time for 1 euro each - bargain! and they ran very frequently. We were more than pleased with the location of the apartment, again only a five minute stroll and there was the sea and the start of a lovely selection of restaurants and cafes. I had never before been to Juan although had on previous occasions visited Antibes and Nice and would definitely stay in Juan again as to get to other areas was as simple as staying in Nice without the hustle and bustle. The train station again was only a 10 minute walk away. In short I have found the ease of booking the apartment and the quality of the apartment first class and look forward to visiting other apartments within your portfolio. Thank you Philip for being so helpful. I have been more than happy to recommend the apartment and I look forward to staying with your company again. Thank you for a lovely break."

    "We're writing to thank you for a remarkable and a memorable holiday we've spent in the apartments in French Riviera. Both of them - in Juan-les-Pins and in Cannes - are very comfortable, modern, spacious and ideally located. It seemed to us that we couldn't wish something better - they were the best! We enjoyed a sea view from the balcony of the apartment in Juan-les-Pins and a beautiful garden in Cannes. All travel attractions were easy to reach and remarkable sandy beaches were nearby.     "The apartment was beautifully furnished, very quiet and very well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was very good, looking out over the gardens and with the bus stop right outside, with services to Antibes, Nice and elsewhere. The apartment's parking space was a valuable feature, with parking in the town being hard to find and quite expensive. All the arrangements you made for us were spot on. The airport transfer met us right on time, we had a very nice Mercedes and the driver was smartly dressed in a suit. Becky was waiting for us on our arrival at the apartment. We shall definitely stay in this apartment again."
