The apartment has an air handling system and TV & DVD player. A convertable sofa bed in the lounge allows 4 guests to sleep in comfort.

A dedicated parking space is also available for guests.

There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants and a park and childrens play area close by and Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan are about equal distance away within a 10 minute walk.

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total rental fee.

• Balance of fee is payable by cheque or transfer 4 weeks before arrival.

• Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge; 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of rate refunded; 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of rate refunded; less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund.
If cancellation is made by us, full refund will be made to you.

• A security deposit in cash will be required upon arrival. Deposit is refundable upon departure, less any breakages, loss of property or additional cleaning charges at owners' discretion.

• A 30 euro fee will be payable if arrival or departure in Antibes is between 9 p.m and 8 a.m.
• The appartment should be left as found, (clean & tidy), as to not incur extra charges (app. 30 -50 euro).

• One set of linen per bed is provided per week.
