This magnificent old town house has charm and style a plenty, from its four split levels, its fabulous beamed ceilings to its roof terrace garden. This property has character to spare. Situated in a quaint pedestrian street in the old town of Antibes, it is surrounded by restaurants, shops and cafes. You are within a few minutes walk of everything that Antibes has to offer. The ground floor entrance leads you through the hall into the long and superbly furnished lounge with ancient beamed ceiling and a fabulous fire place, not that you'll need it, but nice to look at. The well fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, full size oven and hob. Up the stairs to the first floor and you are greeted by a large part tiled bathroom having bath with shower over and a separate WC. Heading into the master bedroom you pass through the dressing area with built in wardrobes. The bedroom has twin push together beds, but there is also a thick mattress topper that converts the 2 beds into a comfortable double bed, in this room there is air conditioning and has a window overlooking the street. Up again a half flight of stairs you come to the second bedroom complete with bunk beds and a Velux window in the cathedral style ceiling. Up another half flight of stairs to the day room which can also be set up as a third bedroom, there is a TV with UK channels and DVD player and stereo, with iPod docking station. The bed is a sofa bed, and there is an additional seating area. This then leads out onto the roof garden ideal for relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.

This property is set in a charming pedestrian street in the Old Town of Antibes amongst small individual shops and boutiques. This property is particularly convenient for the bus station and it is a 5 to 8 minute walk to the train station.

This property is a tall town house and is spread over 3 floors. It would not be ideal for any one with limited mobility.
