Vacation Rental Description
This luxury apartment is ideally situated, between Nice and Antibes, for a lazy holiday just relaxing on the beach or if you want something a little more active it's a great base for exploring this part of the cote d'azur. Most towns along the coast are less than 45 mins by car, or by train if you don't want to bring the car, even Italy is less than an hour by either train or car.Cannes, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Nice, Villefranche, Beaulieu,Cap D'ail, Monaco, Menton or Vingtimillia or San Remo are all within easy reach for a day visit or just a few hours strolling round the old streets, or sipping a cold drink at the terrace of a café.In the winter the ski stations are about 90 mins drive or if you're lazy ,like me you can take the coach which does regular runs up to the stations. 
If you enjoy gambling ,there are at least a dozen casinos where all you have to do to get in is to show some ID. The race track at Cagnes sur mer is 10 mins walk.

    • This large luxury apartment(65 square metres),is in a building right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the road, just take the private path from the grounds of the building out onto the beach right next to the terrace of a restaurant, so if you don't want to cook there's no problem. If you like barbecues, there is a built-in barbecue on the 75 square metre terrace, so while your steaks are grilling you can sip on a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the coast and Nice and it's international airport, which is very romantic at night with all the twinkling lights. 5 minutes walk from the apartment is a huge supermarket with averything you need, including lots of wine at very affordable prices. In the lounge there's a wall-mounted plasma screen (102 cms, 42 inches) and a DVD reader so you can bring some DVD's to keep the kids amused, or even some of your favourite films if you decide to spend a night in.
