3 Bedroom Apartment in Antibes/Antibes Area

We think that when you're on holiday, you should have the best of everything, and so we've put a lot of effort into our beautiful home in Antibes. 
 
We refurbished it fully when we bought it, and everything is top class. There's a sea view, shared swimming pool, a garage and cave. It is air conditioned throughout. There are balconies going all around the property, so it is always light and airy. In the mornings, you can watch the sun rise from the bedroom balcony, and by the evening, the terrace outside the lounge is a sun trap for those last few rays.  
 
We've had wonderful times here in all seasons. In summer, the beach is stunning. But in winter, we've gone out for beautiful walks along the coastline. It's an excellent base to explore the Riviera. Nice, Cannes, St Tropez, Monaco and Italy are all easy drives away. And you can go inland and discover some of the beautiful Provencal villages.  
 
On foot, you can easily walk into the charming Antibes Old Town. See the yachts on Billionaires Row in the Port, watch old men playing boules, and just enjoy the relaxed pace of life. Or, if you fancy something more energetic, there's the lively resort of Juan les Pins with it's bars, casino and clubs. 
 
LOUNGE/ DINING ROOM. 
This is the perfect rooom to relax. Huge comfy sofas (one is a double sofa bed), leather armchairs. There's a dining table. Sky and French tv. DVD player. The balcony also has a table and chairs, and there's plenty of space to stretch out on sun loungers. 
 
KITCHEN: Fully equipped. Cooker, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There are plenty of pans, crockery and cutlery.  
 
BATHROOM 1: Large power shower, vanity unit and toilet. Everything is finished to the highest quality. 
 
BATHROOM 2: Bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit. 
 
BEDROOM 1: 
King sized bed, fitted wardrobes. There are blackout curtains in all the bedrooms, as well as voile nets. The mattresses all have extra toppers on them, so are super comfy. Double French doors open out onto the balcony. This runs along all of the bedrooms, and has a little table and chairs. It's the perfect spot for that morning coffee.  
 
BEDROOM 2: Double bed. Fitted wardrobes, dressing table, double French doors. 
 
BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and double French doors.

ANTIBES. As above. This is the best town in the area. As mentioned, the cathedral and Picasso is a must to see. The harbours are full of the best boats in the area and of course are the super boats of the very wealthy a must to walk around and see. Buy all your foods and flowers from the Provencal market. There is an information office in the Place de Generalle de Gaulle. Also in the port. The beaches are close to the apartment., only some 60- 80 metres away. Near the apartment is the locals fishing port and walks to the Cap are just down the road. A really great town, beaches and area for the family. 
 
Marineland is only a short drive away, as are all the other sites and towns. 
 
Fabulous old town and facilities. Beaches excellent and shopping and historical sites all at hand in all the other resorts also.

• Travel Info: Nice Airport is less than half an hour away. From there you can hire a car, get a taxi or a bus into Antibes. You need to head to Salis Beach in Antibes.
