Vacation Rental Description

This luxury apartment is just 2 years old. It comprises of double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, Bathroom with bath, overhead shower and twin fitted basins. Separate toilet. Hall into loung with comfortable armchair and corner sofa which converts to double bed. Dining table to seat 6. Flat screen TV with DVD, patio doors to balcony with table and chairs for that Al Fresco dining experience. The fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven/grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people to cook and eat. The gated grounds of the apartment are well tended and offer plenty of space for parking. The pool is situated at the back of the apartment and has regular maintenance for cleaniness etc. It is a fifteen minute walk to the local beach. For those who do not wish to drive there are bus stops just a few minutes walk and you can go anywhere for just one euro. Just a little bit further and there is a local supermarket selling all the food you need and english newspapers also.

150 euros deposit to book, the balance 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival and returned on departure. Linen and towels included Cot and high chair/s on request Late arrival after 8pm and departure before 7am a 20 euro per hour charge applies. We are flexible on arrival and departure days
