This studio is nestled in the heart of the old town (Ramparts) only yards from the ancient sea wall, the daily Provencal market, the Picasso Museum, shops, restaurants and beaches. It is typically compact but with a well-designed interior, which has been newly decorated, it offers calm and comfortable accommodation. It has a good shower room and a newly fitted corner kitchen. 
 
A fold away double bed unit and a double sofa bed will sleep 3 - 4. The huge ceiling beams and arched windows add to the charm and character of the area. A more pleasant ground floor location would be very difficult to find. 
 
Parking place available at cost close to the port, plese enquire for details.

    • Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total rental fee. • A 30 euro fee will be payable if arrival or departure in Antibes is between 9 p.m and 8 a.m. • Balance of fee is payable by cheque or transfer 4 weeks before arrival. • Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge; 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of rate refunded; 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of rate refunded; less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund. If cancellation is made by us, full refund will be made to you. • Banking charges are the responsibility of the sender. • General cleaning at departure included. • A security deposit in cash will be required upon arrival. Deposit is refundable upon departure, less any breakages, loss of property or additional cleaning charges at owners' discretion. • The studios/appartments should be left as found, (clean & tidy), as to not incur extra charges (app. 30 -50 euro).
