This second floor studio in a modern building (Villa Bleue) has amongst its attributes magnificent views across Antibes Port Vauban, Fort Carre and the old town itself. 
 
In order to best appreciate the views one has to sit and relax while sipping wine and dining Alfresco on the large balcony. 
 
You have here a location which has all of the advantages of being close to the old town and beaches (5 minute walk), close to the railway station giving you fast and easy access to this entire magnificent coastline and views that old town properties themselves can only hope for. 
 
This recently built small block of studios is well laid out with private gated access, pleasant entrance area, good size lift and doors to accommodate wheelchairs. 
 
The studio itself is well planned and fully equipped, benefiting from an American style kitchen with washing m/c, dishwasher, etc., bathroom and shower with separate WC. A novel ‘coin de nuit’ provides bunk beds and with a double sofa bed will sleep a total of 4.

    • Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total rental fee. • A 30 euro fee will be payable if arrival or departure in Antibes is between 9 p.m and 8 a.m. • Balance of fee is payable by cheque or transfer 4 weeks before arrival. • Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge; 4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of rate refunded; 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of rate refunded; less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund. If cancellation is made by us, full refund will be made to you. • Banking charges are the responsibility of the sender. • General cleaning at departure included. • A security deposit in cash will be required upon arrival. Deposit is refundable upon departure, less any breakages, loss of property or additional cleaning charges at owners' discretion. • The studios/appartments should be left as found, (clean & tidy), as to not incur extra charges (app. 30 -50 euro).
