Our Old Town apartment in Antibes is within 5 minutes walk to the beaches, restaurants, shops and the largest marina on the Cote d'Azur and is perfect for those who like to be in the centre of a traditional French town. Rue Docteur Rostan is in a quiet picturesque street with a church and two restaurants.  
 
Our self catering apartment in Antibes has been recently refurbished to a high standard with traditional wooden furniture in the bedrooms & living room. The self catering apartment has two large bedrooms consisting of one double bedroom with two windows and one twin bedroom with one window, a modern fitted kitchen (integrated fridge freezer, electric oven & hob), bathroom with shower & a large living room/dinning room. 
 
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, satellite TV, DVD/CD player/radio.  
 
Our Old Town self catering apartment in Antibes lies between Nice and Cannes on the beautiful French Riviera. It's a perfect location for exploring the French Riviera and the towns and medieval villages of Provence. The Old Town of Antibes has many attractions for visitors with numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques. There are also several museums including the Picasso Museum. The old town of Antibes (Vieil Antibes) with cobble stoned streets hosts a traditional Provencal market each morning and numerous cafes and restaurants.  
 
Our Old Town self catering apartment in Antibes is only 15km from Nice International Airport and within walking distance of the local Antibes SNCF railway station (TGV and regional trains). Antibes gives you the option of hanging out with the stars in Cannes, driving to one of the many local medieval villages (St Paul de Vence or Biot) or visiting the famous casino in Monte Carlo. Whatever you choose the Old Town of Antibes is the perfect location.

				Low Season Price:	€350 per Week
				High Season Price:	€600 per Week

Provisional & Confirmed Bookings: On receipt of a Reservation Enquiry for the Antibes Selfcatering Flat, a Booking Form will be completed and a Provisional Booking will be held for up to 5 days pending confirmation. On confirmation, a deposit of £150 or 200 Euros is required. The full cost of the holiday is due 6 weeks prior to arrival at the Antibes apartment. On arrival our Manager will take a deposit of 300 Euros or £200.00 plus 100 Euros. This is fully refundable if nothing is broken, damaged and no special cleaning is required. Rental prices do not include the 80 Euro cleaning and laundry fee. Please note this is deducted from your deposit. Cancellation charges for the Antibes Old Town Apartment are applied as follows: More than 6 weeks prior to arrival - all monies refunded. 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - Confirmation deposit of £150 or 200 Euros charged. Payment Payment can be made by cheque drawn on UK bank account, or bank transfer to UK or French bank.
