Vacation Rental Description

Le Petit Essart is just 5 minutes away from the charming village of Le Vigeant and is set above the beautiful valley of the River Vienne, whilst in a peaceful and quiet rural location the house is far from isolated having lots of activities in the local area for all the family to enjoy. The house benefits from is own above-ground swimming pool (safer for children), two comfortable lounges, large fully equipped kitchen/diner, and three beautifully furnished double bedrooms. Ita extensive grounds are perfect for alfresco eating or a game of boules (provided) or simply enjoying relaxing on sun loungers enjoying a glass or two of the local wine.We have thought of everthing for your comfort therefore we have provided all linen including towels, hairdriers, electric fans in all bedrooms. For winter break the house is fully centrally heated. The extensive grounds contain an orchard as well as sunbathing area.

Discounts for stays of 3 weeks or more.

Deposit 25% Payable on booking. Remainder required 21 days prior to commencement of stay.
Payment by cheque.
