This beautiful family gite is set within a fully enclosed courtyard and garden in the centre of a small village in the beautiful Charente countryside. Although it sleeps up to to 9 people, it is equally well equipped to cater for smaller parties and even couples searching for the peace and tranquility of a private pool. It comprises two double en-suite bedrooms, one single en-suite room and a large childrens room sleeping up to four children in a mixture of bunks and divans.It has a large open plan kitchen dining room and a comfortable lounge with period features. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with washing machine, oven and hob , fridge and separate freezer and microwave. Sky TV is available with renters bringing their own Sky card. An assortment of videos, books and DVD,s and games is available. Renovated to a high standard in 2007 the rooms provide comfort and quality. 
 
Description outside property: The gite is set within a large walled courtyard giving onto a large enclosed garden and play area at the rear. Facilities for the kids include table tennis, badminton, boules, playhouse and table football. There is also an art area where children can paint/draw or do craft. The courtyard is completely private and the pool and sun terrace are fully enclosed. The area is ideal for children to play safely. 
 
Changeover days out of season negotiable as are long lets and winter lets. Contact owners for news of special half term break offers away from high season. Security deposit of £200 taken on arrival. 
All bed linen and kitchen linen is provided, guests to bring their own towels.
