There is a large comfortable lounge. The dining room has doors to the garden and the kitchen area is fully fitted. Shower room. Our large family bedroom is on the first floor with en suite bathroom and is ideal for two adults and a child. There is also a travel cot for the youngest member of your family.  
 
From this summer we have the addition of a ground floor, twin bedroom with door to garden and a large L-shaped mezzanine study/bedroom all newly fitted and furnished. 
 
The English owners are close by to suggest places to visit, restaurants to try and wines to sample. A warm welcome awaits you.

Description of the accommodation: The front door leads directly into the Lounge which is comfortably furnished with a two-seater settee and two armchairs. TV, video and DVD player. Local TV channels. Radio Cassette/CD player. The Dining Room has a table and six chairs. The Kitchen is fitted and fully equipped. There is an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave. toaster and coffee filter. Double doors lead out into the garden. Shower Room. Corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC. Stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor hallway with a Family Bedroom [sleeps 3]. The room is L-shaped with a king size bed and a single bed. Built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps. Clock radio. Travel cot available. En-suite bathroom. Full size bath with shower. Pedestal wash hand basin and WC.

If booking made within 8wks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with the security deposit of 150 euros. If booking made prior to 8wks of the letting, a rental deposit of 20% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit of 150 euros are to then no later than due 8 weeks prior to the letting. If a cancellation is requested more than 8wks in advance of the letting, the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the 8wks prior to the letting the owner will retain the 20% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to relet the property for the period). Payment by bank transfer, French cheque. Arrangements can be made to pay in sterling.
