La Petite Maison is located in a very pretty and quiet hamlet near the market town of Chef Boutonne. There is off the road parking infront of the house and then there is a small front garden with it's own entrance.The owners live next door across the lane, so are handy for any local knowledge and are on hand if you encounter any problems, but the house is completey independant from them. The hamlet is part of the village of Crezieres, one of the smallest communes in France with only 61 inhabitants in both parts of the village and is situated over 2 small hills.

    20% deposit on booking and the balance due 2 months before the holiday, payable by sterling cheque and sent to owners, or cash at the equivalent rate in Euros if the booking is very last minute.Out of the high season, bookings can be made or 2 or more nights only at a daily rate.
