In Chez Rowen you have a choice of one or two bedrooms for yourself & family sleeping a maximum of four people having your own bathroom with shower & bath.

Alternatively you may wish to book the appartment on a gite basis for two people which comprises of a double bedroom, lounge, kitchen diner & shower room with separate entrance. There is a small patio area & barbecue for your use. 
Private parking in the grounds of the house 
Lezay, being almost exactly midway between Calais and the north of Spain is the ideal point to break your journey with a relaxing stopover before continuing your journey southwards or home.  
 
Situated between the cities of Poitiers and Niort, easily accessible by TGV, train, road or by air from nearby airports at Poitiers, La Rochelle, Rochefort and Limoges.

Within easy travelling distance of the ancient cities of Poitiers, Niort, Cognac & Angouleme 
there is a wealth of history waiting to be discovered . La Rochelle & the coast are about an hour away. 
For the more up to date there is, of course, Futuroscope the space age science park. 
 
Close by are ancient silver mines,Romanesque churches, the historic abbey of Celles sur Belles the forest of Chize and its zoo and the Marais Poitevin ( Green Venice ) with fishing, boating, walks and cycling. For the children there are several places offering swimming , boating, archery, horseriding etc
