Situated on the river Argenton in the Anjou-Saumur wine-growing region, a traditional Miller's house approximately 200 years old. The ground floor living room is comfortably furnished with oak furniture. There is a well-equipped kitchen area and a downstairs clakroom with WC. The first floor has a landing/study area, a shower room with WC and two wash-hand basins and a large double bedroom with a feature fireplace. The third floor is a spacious attic bedroom with original beams, a double and a single bed and a wash-hand basin. Outside there is a large courtyard with parking and sitting area and a games room. There is plenty of garden furniture, bikes and table tennis, rod and line. The willow tree garden gives access to the river and rowing boat. The historic village of St. Clementin is a five minute cycle ride. It has a bar, restaurant and bakery. There are two riding schools and a tennis court nearby. Within 7 km are an open-air swimming pool, cinema, supermarkets and shops, picnic areas and further restaurants. The general region is called the 'Bocage' and is very pretty with gentle circular walks in well-wooded countryside.

There are several cycle tracks and walks in immediate vicinity. There is a children's adventure park at 11 km and Karting at 10 km.

Many of the magnificemt Loire Chateaux, historic towns and troglodyte caves are within easy reach. Puy de Fou and Futurosope theme parks are within an hour's drive. The beaches of the Atlantic coast are an hour's drive with sailing, surfing and water-sking available. Also large lakes with similar facilities.

Green Venice, a conservation area of outstanding beauty, is also an hour's drive. Pescalis, a large fishing lake, is 40 minutes away.

Paris can be reached in 2 hours by train.

Visits to local vinyards for wine tasting can be arranged.
