At the top of a hill, offering views of the magnificent Chateau de Talleyrand, this old fortified 18th Century hamlet, surrounded by woods, vineyards and fields of sunflowers, is the ideal place for a peaceful or active family holiday. The new cottages and renovated old barns are grouped around a central square lending a homely, village like character to the site. an ancient restored bakery is used as the reception area. On 5 hectares, of private grounds, Le Domaine du Grand Tourtre contains 15 cottages, each with charming interiors, swimming pool, and private garden.

Each house is fully equiped and provides all the comfort you need. A large covered terrace is equiped with outside furniture, a BBQ and long chairs.
At the Tamaris, a renovated barn at the entrance of the domain you will find a fully equiped Gym with free use of the sauna, a heated pool (between May and end September), a sitting room with large television, a snack bar where you can have lunch or dinner or even order take away meals or just have a refreshment at the terrace.
