2 Bedroom Gite in Ruffec

Built in Charentaise stone and recently renovated to a high standard, we are set in 2 acres of secure grounds in a small hamlet surrounded by sunflower, corn and wheat fields. 
 
The gite has a large open plan kitchen/diner and living area which has doors leading to the front and back gardens. The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with a gas cooker and oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, untensils etc. The living area has 2 x 3 seater sofas, small rug, coffee table and wood-burning stove. TV with dvd player and UK sky. Wifi internet also included. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms which can be arranged to suit your individual needs. Bedroom one overlooks the rear garden and orchard and has a very comfy king-size bed, clothes storage, bed-side table with lamp and electric radiator. The ensuite has the usual facilities, toilet, shower, sink and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also looks over the rear garden and orchard, has 2 single beds, plus a cot if required. The ensuite has the same facilities as bedroom 1. 
 
 
Having children of our own, we are also child-friendly. We have found when travelling that Saturday change-overs mean expensive and hard to book flights and ferries, especially when travelling with children. So, if you want flexibility when booking your holiday, look no further. 
 
 

Use of swings, slide, 15' trampoline, bikes and 15' above ground pool. Safe for children.
