This pretty stone cottage cica 1740, enjoyes a peacefull setting at the edge of our lovely Village.
Vacation Rental Description
Hamonie cottage shares almost three acres of gardens with the friendly owners including a large covered verandah with barbeque and dining furniture.It also has a small private cottage courtyard garden with furniture. A further courtyard paved Patio is where the splash pool with sun loungers is located a real suntrap from dawn till dusk.
The entrance driveway opens onto a secure gated parking area.
The whole property is the perfect place to relax and unwind and the memories of those long summer Charentais days and evenings on the Terrace with a verre de vin rouge will keep you going through the long winter evenings!!!
Harmonie only has one bedroom, it is the ideal place for couples or couples with a baby as we also have an english cot.
Facilities
Harmonie shares over two acres of garden with the friendly owners. We now have a new sun terrace and splash pool at Harmonie.As well as a private courtyard garden.
Activities
The river Charente at Ruffec is only about 10 mins away, a lovely spot to swim, fish, hire a canoe or simply relax by the river.
The Magical coast of the Charente Maritime is just over one and a half hours easy drive, La Rochelle, royan and the islands of oloron, aix, rai and Madame are all worth a visit.
Cognac is less than an hours drive south, all the famous distilerys do visitor tours the details are in our guest guide book.
