Vacation Rental Description
A two bedroomed vacation house sleeping 4-5 people. On the first floor the main bedroom has double bed, shower and wash basin. Second bedroom has twin beds. Occasional bed available for use in the main bedroom and a cot is also available. Bathroom has a large shower, toilet and sink vanity unit. Ground floor has an open plan living area with comfortable 3 piece suite, table and chairs. The kitchen area is fully-fitted with all crockery and kitchen utensils. There is a separate downstairs toilet. At the front there is a terrace with hardwood table and chairs and a BBQ. Parking is in the car parking area to the side of the Mill about 30 metres away.

Rentals weekly 4pm Saturday to 10am the following Saturday. 25% deposit (non-refundable) with order. Security deposit 420€ with final balance 8 weeks before rental date. Payment by cheque or bank transfer only.
