Mes reves is a large farmhouse property set in a large, well protected sunny courtyard in the village of Charme, Charente. Also within the same frounds is la Rose gite. Both properties can be rented together to provide accommodation for up to 19 people. 
Having previously been the permanent home of the property owners, Mes Reves has all the comforts of home, combined with fantastic sunny weather and a pool to die for! The house has four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one large ensuite bedroom being on the ground floor. The house benefits from a large open plan kitchen/diner and with a huge separate comfortable lounge with wood burning fire. The property and grounds are fully enclosed making Mes Reves very safe for families. 
The floodlit pool is 8 metres by 4 metres and benefits from being fully enclosed with a large sun terrace and outside shower. 
Facilities at the property include full electric oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, iron and ironing board, large fridge and large separate freezer. The lounge is equipped with television and access to free Sky channels, DVD Player and sound system. there is a range of books, DVD's and games for the children. 
The price includes bedding and kitchen linen, but not personal towels.

    At the heart of a charming French village and close to many tourist activities such as Futuroscope, the historic towns of Cognac and Jarnac and the nearby vibrant city of Angouleme Mes Reves is the ideal place for your French family holiday. Charme is surrounded by fields of sunflowers during the summer months and local festivities in surrounding villages abound during the month of August. 
    The nearby town of Ruffec provides a wealth of restaurants, bars and shops with charming local markets where fresh local produce is the order of the day. Tusson, the neighbouring protected Mediaeval Village provides an insight into the history of the region and also a place to local Wines and Pates.

    Prices are for bookings Saturday to Saturday and are for the full house and access to pool and garden. price includes electricity, gas and bedding. Mes Reves can be rented, outside of high season, for smaller parties/couples at a reduced rate. Please ask for details. Guests are asked not to arrive before 4pm on day of arrival and to vacate by 10am to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation. A £200 booking fee is taken to secure the booking with remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
