The Pinede holiday park with its large garden areas and well equipped villas offers its own brand of comfort for a great family holiday. For your maximum enjoyment, all holiday prices at Etang Vallier include end of stay cleaning and bed linens. Your villa is ready to enjoy on arrival, and there is no cleaning to be done at the end of your stay!  
 
La Pinède Self-catering mini villas and villas 
The Pinède offers 5 different models. Choose from 2 bedroom Classic or Comfort mini villas, and the 3 bedroom Pinède, Charentaise or Verne villas. Each offers a lovely terrace and large garden area with limited vis-a-vis. All the villas share a large discovery pool open from 15 june to 15 september each year. The pool area is comfortably equipped with sun loungers, grassy area for games and relaxation and childrens' play area.  
 
The details here descript the Charentaise villas - built since the beginning of 2006, all the Charentaise villas offer an easy floorplan of 75 m² living space. Large windows let in all the Charentais sunshine and beautiful park views. The terrace becomes additional summer living space accessible through large double french doors.

Practical kitchens: The kitchen is well-equipped with every modern convenience needed and many welcoming touches. There is plenty of counter space and storage, and a large table. 
 
Equipment: refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, and microwave , full size dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle 
 
Living area:The open living, dining and kitchen area separates the villa into living and sleeping areas for greater privacy and comfort. The children can watch their dvds while the parents peacefully "font la grasse matinée" (sleep in!). Some charentaise villas are equipped with: both french and english satellite service, CD players and DVD players. PLEASE check the equipment at the time of reservation as they do vary. 
 
Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms are efficiently arranged to give plenty of space and convenience. Bedroom one has either 2 bunk beds (for 4 guests) or 1 bunk bed (for 2 guests) -ask for details when reserving. Bedroom two has either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed, and Bedroom 3 has a double bed and an ensuite full showerroom. The living room also features a comfortable convertible double sofa for visitors, or larger groups. Each bed is prepared with a duvet, pillows and duvet cover according to your reservation. Each bedroom has drawers or a closet as well as a bedside table with lamp. 
 
Pamper yourself: Weekly prices include end of stay cleaning and bed linens. Beds are made up for your arrival according to your reservation. Electricity is billed upon your departure according to usage.

We offer 3 versions of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villas. Each accommodates 8 to 10 guests in the utmost of comfort. The self-catering kitchens are well equipped for cooking meals and you 'll find all the utensils needed for great summer feasts on your covered terrace. The bedrooms are spacious and are fully equipped with bedding on your arrival. End of stay cleaning and bedlinens are always included in our quoted rates. These houses are perfect for families. Each is set on a large open garden plot within the park. Baby equipment is available for hire. There are several play areas on site.

South Charente has something for everyone! There are plenty of activities on site and nearby to fill your holiday with fun and good memories! Etang Vallier is a true country retreat, 2 km from the center of Brossac Village.  
 
Etang Vallier is a wonderful little lake with excellent water quality covering nearly 4 hectares. Spend your days lounging on the sandy beach, or under the pines nearby the water. Summer events include the annual Sand Castle contest open to all the 13th of July each year followed by a fireworks show over the water. Kayak rentals, and soon to come row boat rentals complement the water-based activities. 
 
Moto-quads are available in the area either on a track or for cross country rides during summer and by reservation during the rest of the year. Jet skis are also newly available just 5km away in Saint Vallier. Poneys are on site for a short rides and there are additional nearby centres.
