Weekly Rental €280 plus seasonal gas supplement.

      High Season Price: €280 per Week
         

    The rental rate is €280 per week for the duration of the rental period payable monthly (4 weeks)in advance This rental rate includes the cost of electricity, water, and internet usage. The cost of telephone calls and gas heating will be calculated based on usage. A Security Deposit of €1800 is required to be paid 14 days in advance of arrival time. A Booking Deposit equivalent to 20% of the full rental price is payable on the signing of the Rental Contract If the Tenant terminates the Rental Contract before the arrival date and does not name a replacement that accepts the same terms, they are responsible for paying penalty fees in accordance with the Rental Contract
