An authentic detached charentaise farmhouse with feature exposed stone walls, beautiful beams and plenty of french character. It comes well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with a new shower room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a shower room. One bedroom upstairs is enormous and has a double bed and a single bed. There is room here to put another bed should one be required. All rooms are spacious and light and come well equipped with wardrobes, chests of drawers etc. The dining kitchen is well equipped, there is also a utility room with an extra fridge and a sink and also plenty of storage. The lounge is bright and airy and has plenty of seating. There is satellite television in the lounge and also in two of the bedrooms. There is also a study with plenty of books and games etc. There is a huge fireplace in the dining kitchen with logs provided should it be chilly. Outside there is plenty of undercover parking which is useful for keeping the car out of the sun. At the front of the property there is a good sized garden with an above ground pool and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a large barbecue.

Less than a 10min drive away is Les Antilles. This is a fantastic tropical water complex with indoor and outdoor swimming, whirlpools, jacuzzi, sauna, beauty treatments and a gym. There is a man made beach and you can quite easily spend a whole day here.

The farmhouse is an authentic charentaise property with exposed stone walls, beams and all the character of a true French farmhouse. It comes well equipped with all mod cons and has everything needed for a perfect holiday. Plenty of private undercover parking, a good sized garden with pool and sunbeds are provided. There is also a barbecue and table tennis provided.

Low Season Price : £700 High Season Price : £800 per Week
A 20% booking fee is required at the time of booking which is non refundable. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. We do not take a breakages deposit. Payment can be made by british cheque.
