Vacation Rental Description
The property is a newly refirbished 2 bedroomed appartment in a truely tranquil setting. The appartment is on the first floor but has it's own balcony for eating al fresco. There is only storage space underneath so no worries about noise (either yours or someone else's!). There are 2 large bedrooms with impresive oak beams. The double room has huge wardrobes and a view acros the meadow. The second bedroom has twin beds and a sofa bed and the room is large enough for there to be plenty of space to leave it in the down position. 
The kitchen diner is fully equiped with a full size fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There is a comfortable table which will seat 6 and there is additional dining on the balcony. 
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. There is full free to air English TV as well as a video player and dvd player. There are a selection of videos and dvds should you want to chill out with a movie as well as a selection of books for both adults and children. 
Outside there is an above ground swimming pool (4.5 metres) and a large trampoline. There is also a well stocked fishing lake to take ful, advantage of. 
We have chickens, ducks, geese and sheep, all of which are tame. They are kept behind fencing and gates but children can be accompanied to go and feed them. 
There is a welcom pack supplied at the gite on arrival, usually consisting of bread, butter, cheese, ham, biscuits, chrisps, soft drinks and wine. 
We aim to help you have a holiday to remember, relaxing, peaceful and with happy children.

    • In the summer there are several night markets with entertainment and an assortment of local affordable dishes to sit and eat al-fresco. 
    There is a swimming/health complex nearby with fume, wave machine, jaquzzi and sauna.

    A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment is in pounds into a British bank. A security deposit of £100 is payable on arrival and is refunded on departure after inspection of the property. You are requested to leave the property in the condition it was found in due to a fast turn around on changeover day. If the appartment is not left in a clean condition then a £50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit. We ask for your understanding in the matter.
