3 Bedroom Gite in Jonzac

Colombard is the original 3 bedroomed cottage of the ferme, although normally with sleeping for 6 an extra bed and cot may be added if requested. 
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, with ample space for a cot. Bedroom 2 has twin beds. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds & a cot which can be replaced by a single bed. 
The ground floor bathroom has a both a bath and a shower, towels are included but we request that you do not use them by the pool. There is a separate wc upstairs. 
The open plan living area is comfortable and spacious. Seating upto 8 with ease and includes television with satellite and DVD along with a hifi and CD. 
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, micro-wave, fridge-freezer, cooker, kettle , coffee maker & tea towels. 
Outside to a large shaded table & chairs with a permanent BBQ

There is a beautiful pool in the grounds, with adjacent pool house, toilet and shower, plus many games ands a sandpit and swings to keep youngsters occupied. Pool 12metre X 6metre, 5 person Hot tub/Spa, Table Tennis, Swings and Slide, badminton and croquet or find one of the many quiet areas and soak up the sun. With over 14 acres of grounds there is space aplenty either for the young and energetic or slow down and relax in peace and tranquillity. Each gite is fully equipped with all you need for a relaxing, stress free holiday. Bathrooms have shower, wc and vanity units. Kitchens are well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Separate laundry room with washing machine. Each gite features TV, DVD, CD etc, and if you need to keep in touch we have free wireless broadband facilities. Bed Linen and towels provided.

The Charente Maritime region has a lot to offer, with plenty to do and see nearby. Jonzac is only a few minutes away and has an outdoor swimming pool, pedaloes, archery, climbing wall etc, casino and indoor swimming complex. We are in easy reach of Cognac, St Emillion, Bordeaux and La Rochell. 
Jonzac is a thriving town with plenty of places to eat and drink. The Chateau Du Jonzac is open from May to September, and the Le Moulin du Cluzelet (with real flour) is open on wednesdays. 
For the youngsters the Bas de Loisirs offers outdoor swimming, pedalos, canoes, climbing wall, archery, skate-boarding and horse riding. 
Nocturnes de Jonzac Every Wednesday an evening market to taste and view the local produce. Take a while to check the Bulots de Chatrentais (Snails) or a Brulot (hot cognac coffee). 
Table and chairs provided to have a picnic or maybe just a glass of wine or Pineau.
