Vacation Rental Description
Private holiday home set in a romantic historical courtyard going all the way back to the Plantagenet's. There are two terraces so you will always have sunshine or shade. There is a private garden with parking area at the back of house which is totally enclosed, so safe for small children. At the front of the house is a communal courtyard, however our house does have its own terrace which is lovely to enjoy a glass of wine on in the evening or breakfast in the morning. The house is tastefully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Cycle paths and forests actually start just outside the courtyard. The wonderful Atlantic beaches of Le Grand Plage are only four kilometers away. The house is situated in a secluded courtyard about three kilometers from Le Chateau and four kilometers from Dolus where there is a large hypermarket. In Le Chateau there is a wonderful daily market with fresh produce from the area and some lovely restaurants and shops.

Located in old former vineyard , going all the way back to the plantagenets, our house is only 3 kilometers from the shops and supermarkets (with a daily covered market ) ,and the lovely restaurants in the port of Le Chateau dÓleron .The house has access to many cycle paths, and is also close to the forests. The wonderful wide beach of Le Grand Plage is only 4 kilometers away. (excellent for surfing).
