A charming self contained cottage created in what was formerly the old stables of the watermill. It retains many of the original features, such as the exposed oak beams and the Charentaise stonework. Accessed along the banks of the river Seugne, the old stables offers extremely comfortable accommodation. The groundfloor comprises the dining room and kitchen, containing all modern appliances such as a dishwasher and oven and the lounge and the master bedroom. Upstairs via the spiral staircase, there is the second bedroom. The cottage is ideal for people who have mobility problems as there are just two steps to enter the building.

    		  Low Season Price: £300 per Week
      High Season Price: £575 per Week
         

    To reserve the property, we require a 25% deposit of the total cost of the holiday 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Together with this we require a £200 returnable deposit, that will be refunded at the end of the rental period, subject to any damage. In the event of cancellation prior to eight weeks before the start of the holiday only the booking deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, cancellation charges will be the full rental. We accept direct payments into our UK bank account. Details given on request.
