A 25% deposit is required to make a booking. The balance has to be paid 8 weeks before the holiday. There is a £50 cleaning and damages deposit and local tourist tax of 30p per person per day. Bed linen is provided at a small charge. Payment is by cheque or direct into our bank account. No credit/debit cards.

I spent a good holiday here and I'm sad to leave. The pool was fantabulous. The cottage was really cosy and the view from my window was very beautiful. The swimming pool was spotless and well equipped. Thank you Ann and Colin - this was one of my best holidays ever.
J'ai passe des bons moments. Merci pour ces bonnes vacances. Ann et Colin, merci, d'avoir ete si chaleureuse avec nous. Grace a toi Ann, les fleurs sont merveilleuses. Grace a toi Colin la piscine etait propre et surtout geniale.

We have had a superb time and will have lots of lovely memories. The cottage and the pool are everything we hoped for and you have been so kind and helpful. It's so lovely to close your eyes and hear nothing. Yet the area has so much to offer - the donkey centre, Royan, St Jean d'Angely, Cognac and so on.

Relax in the beautiful Charente countryside
We have been renting cottages in our village in the beautiful Charente Maritime countryside for several years and always look forward to welcoming our guests. We live new the rental property so we are on hand to help out and provide information if required.
We can recommend local restaurants and places to visit including small local distilleries for sampling the famous Cognac (brandy).
There are many historic sites, including the largest Roman ampitheatre outside Italy and medieval towns such as La Rochelle and Saintes.
For more active visitors there is golf, canoeing, swimming in our 11m x 5m heated pool.
