Two storey house with private enclose courtyard, renovated in 2008, with 3 bedrooms (1 queen size bedroom, one double bed bedroom, 1 mezzanine bed and convertible sofa in the third bedroom) and a bathroom, one added sleep possible, seperate toiletts.
The fitted kitchen is openning onto the living room and the courtyard with wooden deck.
Outside furnitures
The access for pool and tennis is a restricted area only for residents of les fermes marines, large land into the property with children playground, tennis table area,boule area(competitions each evening) pool house with shower and rest rooms
The location of the property is on sea side,(view from the upper level bedroom window)the sea side is organized with cycling alley, walking alley from saint gilles croix de vie to les sables d'olonnes that makes 30 kms of protected ways without cars.(bicycles rentals in Brétignolles)Fresh sea food for sale at 5mns from the house on the corniche
The beaches are on walking distance from the house, the nearest is la sauzaie for surf, with it's famous spot, the center of the village beach is 800ms from the house at la parée, half an hour walking you have a sea filled lake without any waves at "la normandeliere" for the children enjoying a secrured place.
The fammous "puy du fou" is one hour driving from home, this would be a great day for a family, link on our web site to book in advance your day trip
