Vacation Rental Description
The holiday village is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the preserved national forest with lovely cycle tracks in the forest. There is a road to cross which runs in front of the holiday village, and then there is a track through the forest which is 650m.  
All the villas are in groups of adjoining villas but each has a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs. There are numbered separate parking spaces as the complex is semi-pedestrianised.  
 
All the villas are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.  
 
In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge, electric rings and a mini-oven or micro wave and the crockery and cutlery. 
 
There are blankets, bedspreads or eiderdowns and pillows in the villas.  
 
The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath.  
 
House for 6 persons is approximately 55 m². It has 2 bedrooms and a third open mezzanine bedroom.  
 
Downstairs there is one double bedroom with ensuite shower and separate toilet, as well as a kitchen area and a lounge.  
Upstairs: there is a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double, and a sofa bed for 2 people or 2 singles on the open mezzanine bedroom area.  
All the villas have a second bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, and a second toilet.

There are 140 villas in this complex in 26 groups. The villas are in groups of 4 and 6 and 8 villas.  
 
The laundry is shared at Reception.

    • Electricity is payable at all times, as well as final clean, unless you choose to do it yourselves. Electricity: 20 euros per week, from 11/06 to 10/09/2011 and 35 euros per week other times. Local tourist tax cost 0.27 euros per person per day 1/4-30/9. Damage deposit cost 260 euros. Sheets cost 8 euros per week and per person. Bath towel 4€, hand towels= 3€, bath mat 3€ per change. Baby cot cost 25€ per week. High chair cost 5 euros per day or 15 euros per week. Baby pack (cot + high chair) 29€ per week. TV (French channel's only) cost 7 euros per day or 35 euros per week. Service Prestige: sheets, towels, beds made up, TV, mid-stay clean (except the kitchen)95 euros per week. Daily cleaning service cost 29 €. Mid-stay cleaning service cost 39 euros. End of stay cleaning cost 70 to 84 euros depending on the size of the house. Cleaning kit cost 6 euros.

    • The Atlantic Toboggan Water Park is situated at 500 metres, it has a swimming pool with wave machine, toddlers + children’s pool, Jacuzzi, and water shutes. Snacks available at the Café on site.  
    The Oxford English Pub is situated at 500 metres, Quad bike 1km, Paint Ball 1km, Supermarket 700m, Super U 1.6km, Restaurant Cafe 400 m, Golf 5 km, mini golf 300m, horse riding on the south side of St Jean de Monts.  
     
    Market : St Hilaire : Monday morning, Wedsnesday afternoon, Saturday afternoon in July and August. Nearby :very popular market at St Jean de Monts  
     
    The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby.

    CLEANING AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: the Client will leave 260 euros on arrival (credit card), which guarantees any possible damages to the house and its contents caused during his stay, as well as any cleaning costs, water and electricity costs when they are not included in the rental price and telephone charges (if there is a telephone in the property). This security and cleaning deposit will be returned only if the accommodation is left clean subject to normal rules. You are politely reminded to leave the house in a clean condition. Your deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or cleaning costs. You may well want to take advantage of the Final cleaning service which is payable as an extra : 70 to 84 euros depending on house size. Price extras: Non-refundable Booking Fee of 25 euros on all holidays. In order to guarantee a special request, reception will require 60€ per stay and per property.
