800 meters far from the biggest beach of saint gilles croix de vie, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, 5 bedrooms, 12 sleeps, 2200 m² garden

In front of a beautiful closed garden, the "Vent Des Dunes" villa is a dream house for family holidays. From the grand parents to the new born, it can welcome two families with great comfort. What else can we dream of for the children and the very young ones? With it's vast lawn, it's flower beds and fruit trees, it is a real haven of peace and serenity.
At the end of the garden, you just need to get over the gate to discover the “Coulee Verte”, a rural path leading to a small public garden and then to the dunes to end up in a beach after only 5 minutes of a pleasant walk.
This exits leads also to a bike track that allows you to go Saint-Gilles or to escape in direction of the Brétignolles cornice.
Twelve sleeps are possible (+ 2 baby beds). Your pets are welcome but are not allowed to stay into the house. They have a place to stay in the laundry room. Smoking is forbiden inside the villa.

2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom and separated toilet, 1 living room with a 9 seats table, an American completely fitted kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hob, many lockers). Sofa and armchairs, TV and DVD.

Upstairs
2 bedrooms with double beds, a double bed + bunk beds bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, it is possible to set up two baby beds if necessary (there is also a high chair and a nappy-changing mat)

Outside
A half-covered terrace with a barbecue, a 14 seats table and furniture. A laundry room with a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. You can park 4 cars in the property, and street-parking is regulated.
