The accommodation is comprised of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure, lounge/kitchen area with sofa and dining table, mezzanine area with double and single bed. Tiled patio area with garden furniture & BBQ. There is an allocated parking space in the adjacent car park.

Nearest beach 50 metres! Popular beach resort of Les Sables D’Olonne 15 mins drive and St Gilles de Croix de Vie just 10 mins drive. Both easily accessible by cycle for the more energetic, cycle path right outside apartment. Cycling, walkiug, horseriding, all available locally. Excellent restaurants within walking distance at this popular seaside resort.

Living Rooms: Comfortable living area with table and chairs, large sofa, TV and DVD player. A selection of English DVDs and books. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Linen is provided and included in the cost. Towels are available to hire for a small additional charge.
