An old farm cottage, modernised with all the mod cons , we have 3 patio areas for guests to enjoy, free range chickens in the orchard ,home grown vegetables, and a pool to cool off in. Both letting rooms have ensuite showers, there is a seperate sitting area if you want to sit quietly. it is a comfortable , clean, family run home, serving home made preserves for breakfast to accompany those fresh croissants/french bread, you also have the option of sharing a 4 course evening meal inclusive of wine.
Perfect base to discover this beautiful part of france.

    • Our home is a characteristic old converted farm house. Our aim is to make you as comfortable as possible on your holiday, if there is anything you need you just have to ask.Towels and bed linen are provided, rooms will be cleaned at the end of your stay unless of course your stay is for a considerable amount of time. There are 3 patio areas for the use of our guests, children and adults can play games in the orchard, an assortment of games to play are available.

    Vouvant---15 mins drive--Described as one of the prettiest villages in france.
    Mervent-- 15mins --Forest and lakes, perfect for walking , cycling swimming or fishing.There is also an adventure park here and zoo for the small children.
    la Rochelle--1 1/2 hr drive, the largest port in france, lined with Reastauants and cafes, There is also an Aquarium and Maritime Museum.
    Beaches . Numerous fanatstic beaches approx 1 1/2 hr drive.
